I was getting the “We found an issue affecting your services while performing routine network maintenance. Schedule an appointment to have a Spectrum technician correct this issue.” message on my account, but now it's gone.

I never scheduled a service call, is the problem gone?

    Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to the notification of our proactive maintenance.. After 31 days the message will disappear from the App. This normally indicates that the concern has cleared. If you are noticing any concerns with your services please let us know so we can have this investigated further. We will reach out to you again if we notice any other signal concerns with your services. -Lyn

    My pictures regularly freeze, are pixelated or just do not come in. Its so frustrating when channels I pay a lot for are "Unavailable"
