Outgoing SMTP failing
The outgoing email if give me an error in Outlook, Thunderbird... I am using my original Time/Warner Cable email... @carolina.rr.com. POP3 server, mail.twc.com. Stopped working about 4 days ago. Last time I had and email issue (about 6 months ago) there was a script that Spectrum ran that fixed my email. Can you help with this?

I am having the same problem (Outlook) with the same error message. My outgoing email stopped working last Tuesday (6/27). I have not made any changes to my Outlook client.

Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to your email address. We can help with your questions. Have you attempted to access your email address using our Web Mail option yet? If not, please click on Web Mail and log in to see if you have access to your emails. Please let us know. - Lyn

Yes, I have tried Web Mail. I can send and receive using Web Mail. I would just like to be able to use a desktop email application instead, but Web Mail is a work around for now..
