Blocked email server

I have a web server blocked to prevent emails from certain people I don’t want to communicate with.I sent an email to the web server that is blocked. Will the recipient get the email?

    Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to blocking emails from certain senders or organizations. If you are using a 3rd party site to do this I would recommend contacting that individual site. We would not be able to provide you with any information in regards to their practices. If you are using our Email Blocker or would like more information on that please visit Email Blocker We do not send out email notifications when you use our system to block emails. - Lyn

    I’m using the email blocker on spectrum. My question though is if I send an email to a blocked domain using spectrum emai blocker does the individual I sent it to still receive it
