Out of Home Wi-Fi

I cannot login to the out-of-home hotspots using my username and password to access the internet. Can someone please help with with this so that I can access the internet where my cell phone doesn't have coverage.

Are you able to log in with that username at Spectrum.net? Do you get an error message when trying to log in on the hotspot? Are the hotspots listed on our Out of Home Wi-Fi map?
