Cloud DVR recordings inconsistent

My series recordings sometimes record and sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they don’t show up for a couple of days. I delete the series recordings and re create them. Things work fine for a week or so and then it happens again.

    The app authenticates and communicates with devices using the modem on the account. Please try restarting the modem and let us know if the issue continues.

    I apologize for the issues. The app authenticates through the modem. So a reset of the modem can help with most app issues. Can you please try this first. If it does not work then we would go to the next step in troubleshooting.
