cloud dvr does not work in web page app

I can access and view CDVR recordings using ROKU and on my phone app but if I try to use the web browser app I get an error message saying We're sorry, we're unable to display your recordings. Please try again later. WCD-1006. Then I get a display that says I do not have any recordings. I have tried 3 different PCs and 3 different browsers ( Edge, Chrome, and Firefox) and get the same results. I have rebooted my modem and router several times. Live TV works OK but the CDVR does not. This just started yesterday morning.

    Hi & welcome!

    The app authenticates and communicates with devices using the modem on the account. Please try restarting the modem and let us know if the issue continues.
