Audio synch on spectrum app on Apple TV 4K

Still having this audio synch issue.

I am on Wi-Fi but we have 400mbs and I’m 10 feet from the router.

This should be not be an issue.

i did all the uninstall Re install things and I’m on version 2.66 and I have a bend new apple tv 4k (I mean brand spanking new).

fyi - it did it on my old 4k as well.

    The app authenticates and communicates with devices using the modem on the account. Please try restarting the modem and let us know if the issue continues.
