ALP 1001 message


I have done all the suggestions, this is still coming up on my app on the Apple box. Is this an app issue as a whole with glitches or just me?

    This is often an Internet connection error. Cold reboot your model and router unplugging each for about five minutes. Reconnect the modem first, than the router. If after being connected Apple TV Spectrum app does not work, reinstall the app. If that doesn't work, report back, and a moderator will look at your account for next steps.
