Add a new computer

My spectrum wifi is not allowing me to add a new computer onto the system. Do I have a limit of how many connections I can have? Or, is there a way to allow another computer on my network?

I will need to ask a few questions to determine the best course of action. When you try to connect what is happening? Are you getting an error message?
