Main menu on Roku

Hi, You can get the home menu when you first start the Spectrum app on Roku but I can't find a way to get back to it once the app is running. There is nothing I can find here or any instructions other then signing out of the app and starting all over again.

So the simple question is how does a user get back to the main menu... system, library, etc., once the app is running on Roku?
