i don't want the app so, how do i turn off the safe mode?

please don't the discuss the app with me, i'm NOT doing apps, for any reason

so, where do i go online to turn it off?

    Hi @j1000, welcome to our community!

    I was able to locate your account using your community registration and have disabled security shield for you. Unfortunately besides contacting support the only way to manage router features is with the app, so if you do not want to use any app at all you might consider purchasing your own router.

    Don't burn down the mission, my anti-app brother‼️ I know you don't want to hear it but is there any way i could convince you to try out the My Spectrum app? Just long enough to disable Security Shield? Just on a tablet that you only use with your Spectrum internet via your Spectrum wireless router in the first place? It’s not going to have anything more on you than your Spectrum cable modem and wireless router have and when you delete the app it’ll delete the app data, too, as you will see as you’re deleting it.
