I have no picture, only sound on SpectrumTV.com. Works fine on one computer but no the other.
Why don't I see the picture on https://watch.spectrum.net/livetv

Sorry for any issues streaming Spectrum TV. What troubleshooting have you tried?
Emptied the browser cache
Thank you. Are you using any kind of browser extensions? Sometimes ad blocking extensions can interfere with the picture.
I have no extensions.
Which browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser?
I have tried chrome and edge. Neither work.
I have reset my firewall, checked the GPU settings (Nvidia) and yet nothing works, other computers I have work fine but my high end computer does not.
Since you can stream on other devices, then your credentials and service are working. There must be a custom setting on the one impacted computer that is blocking the image. In most cases, restarting the device or clearing the cache and history resolve most issues. I would suggest contacting the computer manufacturer for additional support and troubleshooting.
Other video streaming services work fine. I will clear history and see if that helps. If not, I have exhausted the items that can be changed. It worked fine a few weeks ago. Hmmmmm.
Try using Firefox. Chrome. Edge, & Opera are all Chromium-based browsers.
I was able to fix it. Video configuration issue.
