Is it possible to reconnect to a specific agent on Spectrum Mobile customer service?

I believe it is unlikely that they will read it but thank you so much to the agent Alex(?) that sent out eSIMs to me and my mother today and helped us out on the line for nearly an hour. The phone we were calling on disconnected due to running out of battery and we were unable to thank you. We are truly grateful for the great service.
