Bill Unavailable

I have tried to pay my bill both online and on the app but keep getting the "Bill pay unavailable" message. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times to no avail. I can't even see recent account activity. This has been going on for several weeks. Is something wrong with this feature on the website/app? My information is correct on my number and address.

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    I apologize for the issues you are having. I am not aware of any known issues at this time with the online bill pay. Can you try to reset the modem in your home? The apps authenticate through the modem so a reset can help some issues.
