security shield blocking website
researched and peformed the following:
security Shield is enabled by default on your Advanced Home WiFi service. However, you can turn off and turn on this feature as you wish:
1. Go to the Services & Equipment tab, and select Security Shield.
2. Then switch the Security Shield toggle on or off as desired.
3. Confirm decision.
Once I unpause my iphone is totally off the internet, do not have good signal at this location so I still can not use data to access the site. Unable to connect back to myspecturm app either, get on latptop and do not see any option to access this feature. Am I missing something?

Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to the device that does not have access to the internet after it was un-paused. I am sorry this is happening. This is generally done using the App. Do you have another phone that you can try to log in with to see if the device has actually been un-paused? You may also want to reset the internet equipment. This can be done by unplugging the cable line, power line, and removing the battery backup if you have one for both the modem and the router for a solid 3-5 minutes.
