Customer service person on 8/2/23
I wanted to thank the really kind gentleman who helped me on 8/2/2023. We were on for almost 30 mins. The call got disconnected (randomly dropped when I was on hold with him, trying to call my husband) and I feel badly. I wanted to thank him for the exceptional service and kindness. He helped answer my questions. I wish we hadn't gotten disconnected.
