Why does my 5G stop working?

My 5G randomly stops working while the normal connection stays completely fine.

    Hey @Shawn_May, welcome to our community!

    One possible cause of issues like this is range. The 2.4Ghz has much better range and penetrative capabilities so if you are far away or there are dense obstructions between you and the router the 5Ghz might not always work when the 2.4Ghz still will. It could also just be an issue with the router, so I recommend rebooting it and testing the service in the same room as the router to see if the same issues persist.
