Since the Flip5 is not yet available for Spectrum customers, does that mean my unlocked Flip5 is incompatible? The website and customer service reps say my phone is not compatible?

@James_M The website says it's incompatible. It's an unlocked Flip5, the same phone Spectrum is selling. Am I missing something?
There can be differences between phones even with the same make/model that can affect compatibility with our network. If you have used the IMEI check and it says it is incompatible, it is incompatible. You may want to check again after that model is available through Spectrum but we cannot guarantee it will change.
