Can't send email

I could receive emails but I can't send them. I get a server rejected my email. It just started today and I have no clue what caused it. I even send an email to myself and the server rejected it. Any suggestions? I have been searching but I haven't found anything, thanks

If this is with an email client app like Outlook, and the account settings front has a “user name” field in addition to the email address field and you’re using just the the id. part of the email address for the “user name,” try changing that to the full email address, too. The current long-standing guidance has been for that to be the full email address even if just the id. part continued to work on some kind of a legacy basis … until it didn’t.

I'm using Microsoft live mail. It just happened yesterday so I have no idea what happened
