how can i get the secuirty suite

    when i hit the dpwnload it does nothing

    That device are you using to download Security Suite?

    still cannot get the secuity suite , when i hit download it goes back to nicknsme again

    It is just "Download" you are clicking before it goes to nickname, not "Download Security Suite"?

    Is the nickname you are trying to use shorter than 16 characters and only consists of letters, numbers, dashes (-) or underscores (_)?

    After hitting download, do you see any error messages at the top of the page or anywhere else?
