TWC Email to mobile

Why did my TWC email to my mobile stop working on August 2nd? Spectrum store told me that Spectrum/Charter is dropping TWC and Roadrunner email extensions.

I am still receiving emails from a few outside accounts (i.e. Ebay, Weather, etc.), but all TWC emails are not being received on my mobile phone. They do show up on my Computer TWC email account.

I have a Gmail account. Am I to "assume" that I have to switch all my email over to Gmail address? If so, why am I paying for email service from Spectrum????

    Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing email issues, I am happy to assist. Are you using a mail client such as Outlook or Apple Mail?

    I use whatever TWC (SPECTRUM) gave me. SMTP?

    Okay so any app/site you access your email on that is not this website is considered a third party app/site. Can you try your email at the site I sent to see if it is working there?
