speed test discrepancies

I'm using my home network with my laptop and my phone. Doing a speed test on each shows phone at 360+ mbps and laptop at 50 mbps. How so?

Is your PC connected to the router via ethernet? If not tests done over WIFI can be inaccurate depending on the age of the PC hardware. Make sure the computer's drivers are up to date. In fact, try testing with the PC temporarily connected directly to the modem. You may have to reboot the modem and PC when you do this.
If you are doing a speed test that is browser-based ( via Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.) those are often "flakey" and can be effected by addons and extensions. Install a free-standing Okla app and see if that makes a difference https://www.speedtest.net/apps
