    Thanks. The orange cable is a temporary line and it looks like the maintenance team needs to come out and complete the job. I can submit a ticket and ask for an update / ETA on the repair.

    If it is not finished in the next 7 - 10 days, please let know.

    On August 14th you said … “If it is not finished in the next 7 - 10 days, please let know.”


    It’s been 22 days and it has not been touched. It looks the same as photos sent above
