My Spectrum App Continuously Gets Devices Stuck in “Connected” Status
Has been happening for weeks now. My phone and my girlfriends phone keeps getting stuck saying it’s connected to the home network even when neither of the devices are there. When we reconnect, it now is showing duplicates. Only way to clear out is to reboot the modem and router and manually delete the extras (the first one that was stuck) out of the app.
I have to do this weekly.
