My Spectrum App Continuously Gets Devices Stuck in “Connected” Status

Has been happening for weeks now. My phone and my girlfriends phone keeps getting stuck saying it’s connected to the home network even when neither of the devices are there. When we reconnect, it now is showing duplicates. Only way to clear out is to reboot the modem and router and manually delete the extras (the first one that was stuck) out of the app.


I have to do this weekly.

    Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to your home network. I am sorry you are noticing this issue. Have you attempted to forget the network on your mobile phone and then reconnect to it? Also, have you attempted to turn the WiFi off on your mobile phone to see if that will help out. This may be a setting on your phone that is causing this. If these suggestions don't help please take a screen shot of the WiFi settings when this occurs outside of your home and provide that to us. - Lyn
