My contact list is no longer available to me. Will this be corrected automatically? When?
Welcome to our community! We are aware of the issues with the contact lists porting over when customers are switched to our new webmail interface. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but they have not provided us with an ETR at this time.
Hopefully it will be fixed sooner rather than later. Hard to send emails if you don't have the email address to send it to. On another note, the font size of the inbox, etc. on the new email is huge. How can you change that size. As it is you only see about 4 emails at a time.
