Why do I have to sign in every time I open Spectrum Ap on my Roku devices now?

This started last week, August 7, 2023. I have to sign in to my spectrum account all over again everytime I turn on my TV's with my Roku's . No other ap is making me do this, so it's not a Roku issue. I'm so fed up, I'm about to just ditch my spectrum ap entirely. Help please.

Welcome to our community! I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the Roku version of the app. Do you have another device such as a smart phone, tablet, or computer that you would be able to try the app on to see if it's making you sign in every time on those devices as well or if it's just the Roku app?
