My apple box is not allowing me to access the library page What can I do

When I try to go to the library to access recorded shows the remote will no longer point to that part of page. I got a new remote to see if that was the problem but the new one won't do it either.

Welcome to our community! I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the Apple TV. Have you tried restarting the Apple TV or uninstalling and reinstalling the Spectrum TV app?
