Cannot get Ballys on Spectrum app on iPad

We purchased Ballys and trying to get the baseball game but get this message: To watch this channel, please connect to your home Spectrum internet service. On hospital internet.

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    With the Spectrum TV app some channels are not available outside of your home network. This is due to negotiations with the channels as well as to prevent cable theft.
