I am unable to join the Spectrum Mobile WiFi networks

I have added the configuration profile to my iPhone and it is not allowing me to join.

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    If you do not have Spectrum Mobile cell service you won't be able to connect to that network. As long as you have our home internet service you can connect to the Spectrum Wifi hot spots. You can go to the following link to find a hot spot near you.
