Spectrum login not working when attempting to setup an apple watch

When attempting to set up cellular service on my Apple watch, my normal spectrum login username and password are unrecognized. However, this same username and password log me into my account on my PC. Are there different credentials when setting up cellular on my iPhone Apple Watch app?
