Stopped being able to send email while at home

I was a Wisconsin Road Runner customer. This issue pertains to my phone only. I could always send and receive email on my phone when I was at home, but could never send email when I wasn’t at home. After it became Spectrum, it was the same until recently, now suddenly I cannot send email from my phone even when I’m home. I do still receive email. Nothing has changed so I’m not sure what happened. Has anyone had this problem or is there a fix for it?
