Can't navigate in App

The Spectrum now opens to Recent Channels which is blank and no navigation works. There is no way to get to what is actually playing since the Recent Channel overlay is up. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted etc...

    Hi @andymp3! Sorry for the trouble with our app.

    I was able to locate your account and it looks like the device you are using has a very poor internet connection, and it doesn't look like the modem has been rebooted. Will you please reboot the modem by disconnecting the power cord for 30 seconds before plugging it back in? Wait for the online light on the modem to come on, and then reboot the router the same way. Allow a few minutes for them to finish rebooting before testing the app.

    If the issue persists please make sure you have a strong WiFi signal and are getting good download speeds. Try using a different device and test as close to the router as possible.
