Guide not displaying any data in Spectrum App

The app seems to launch slower and had to authenticate.
Nothing is showing in the guide. Says unavailable.
This is happening on Roku as well as 3 different tablets.
Is this an ongoing network issue or a problem with my modem or Wi-Fi router?

Hi @Brip! Sorry for the trouble with our app.
It does look like there was an issue on our end last night but the errors have mostly gone away now. Please test this again and if you are still having trouble try rebooting your modem and router.

Yes. This issue with the app guide appears to be resolved. Also performance has recovered part of the performance issue likely was it trying to pull down a non-existent guide.
