For the past four days, I've been having ping issues. I get random ping spikes when streaming on Twitch, etc., to just playing games alone. Is there any way to fix this? I have the modem Spectrum gave me, which is the EU2251, and my router is an AX6600 WiFi Router (RAX70), and I use ethernet. Any help?

    Hi & welcome!

Sorry for any service issues. What troubleshooting have you already tried?

I've tried most of everything from what you sent from the troubleshooting post. I tried resetting the modem and the router and scanned my computer for viruses. I certainly don't have any torrent apps. So far, the ping isn't having any spike issues, but during the morning, it did.

Will you please run a ping test? To do this on Windows press the Windows key on your keyboard, type "cmd" in the search bar, and press Enter. This will open the Command Prompt. In the Command Prompt window, type "ping -n 100 8.8.8.8" and press Enter. This command will send 100 ping requests to the IP 8.8.8.8, once finished please provide the packet loss %, min, max, and avg ping times.
