reset caller ID on Monday and it now Thursday and still not showing calls coming in on TV

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

    I apologize for the issues with the service. For the caller ID on TV can you go through the settings on the cable box to make sure that the feature is turned on? If it is then turn it off reset the box by unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds then plug it back in. When the box comes back up turn the feature back on and then test it.
