Why has the internet been down going on 3 days with no timetable for repairs listed on the website?

    Hi @AmyR, welcome to our community.

    I was able to locate your account and I do see a service interruption in your area ongoing about 1.5 days now. Unfortunately we don't have any estimates at this time, but I am seeing you had very severe weather in your area including 5 tornadoes so it is not very surprising. Residential power restoration takes priority over commercial power which we use, and both prioritized over cable repair. Your local power company is estimating it could be as long as 8/30 until the majority of their customers have power, so it may be that long or longer before our service is restored. I do understand the frustration and inconvenience this must cause but I can assure you it is our top priority to restore service as soon as possible.
