Phone upgrades
I went into my local store today looking to update 2 phones. I went in so that I could see what was available and hold and feel the phones. To my surprise all the phones were locked to the table and could not be held. This brought huge amounts of frustration. How is someone supposed to decide to spend $1000 on a device when they can't even hold a demo model in there hand? This is absolutely ridiculous to expect someone to make such a huge purchase without the availability to at least put it in their hand. I'm completely disappointed at this point and thinking about switching my service to a company that will allow me to hold a device in my hand before purchasing it.
