It's been 3 days of waiting for my phone to be activated keep calling getting the run around no questions answered of a when just another ticket in the pile

Thanks for your patience. Looks like our mobile contacts reached out to you and they are in the process of getting this resolved. The ticket is still open, and unfortunately we don't have any additional information. The notes do indicate that the mobile team will be in touch with you as soon as an update is available.
