When will service be restored in Cleveland 44120. Out for three days now

    Hi & welcome!

    Unfortunately we don't have any estimates at this time. I am seeing you had very severe weather in your area that caused storm damage. Residential power restoration takes priority over commercial power which we use, and both are prioritized over cable repair.

    I do understand the frustration and inconvenience this must cause but I can assure you it is our top priority to restore service as soon as possible.
