Hi @QuestionMark I see previously posted about the same issue at Horrible Lag and inconsistent speeds which you fixed just by rebooting the modem, which is perfectly normal to need to do occasionally. From your screenshot I can see that that you have not tried rebooting in 22 days. Please do that now by removing the power cord for 30 seconds before plugging it back in, and make sure the coaxial cable is firmly connected on both ends. If the issue persists afterward, or you need to reboot frequently to fix it, the next step would be to replace the modem or schedule an appointment with a technician.
