What does 'User Pending Delete' mean for an email sub account?

I deleted an email sub-account and they now appear with the notation User Pending Delete.

Is there something I need to do for the email account to be deleted permanently?

    I was informed by Spectrum support that it can take up to 72 hours for sub-account emails to be deleted.

    after 5 days the sub-accounts are still listed as User Pending Delete

    i will contact spectrum support today and ask for help
