Outbound Caller ID being blocked

My phone (landline) is not giving out my caller ID number and the app no longer gives you access to change this which is what the representative when I called and help directed me too.

The representative could see that it is being blocked *67 blocks it once only no idea how it started this.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about your caller ID not displaying on outbound calls.

    If Outbound Call ID Blocking is turned on, you can turn it off for an individual call by dialing *82 before a phone number.

    Using your handset:

    Activate: Dial *67

    Deactivate: Dial *82
