Not accepting phone calls

So I tried to cancel my TV service last week. I was on the phone for 90 minutes then got disconnected. And yet, the service wasn't canceled.

Now I call and told you are not accepting calls? And we can't cancel online?

This is absurd. I'm going to call the BBB.

I will not pay for any TV service, period.
