Returning TV equipment

I was told I could return my TV equipment at the Spectrum Store but getting conflicting info !

    I apologize for any confusion. At this time not all of our stores accept returns, but if you have a UPS Store near you, the equipment can be returned there at no charge. It would just need to be a free standing UPS Store and not a UPS counter inside of another store.
