As a legacy Silver customer will my status be the same as select plus when the espn + is offered?

With today’s Disney announcement I understand that everyone will be offered free ad based Disney + streaming but I saw that ESPN + streaming will only be offered to Select Plus customers. I’m a Silver package customer with the sports package, I will want the espn + streaming service as well that will be available to Select Plus customers
