Anyone experiencing this issue? Channel lineup has changed. Local channels are Kentucky local.

    What's weird is one TV in the house is fine. It appears the wrong OS image is loaded on the one not working. This should NOT take multiple days to fix. No local channels, missing other channels.

    Have you tried restarting the cable box that is not working? Restarting the cable box usually resolves most issues.

    yes, multiple times.


    why does 1 tv work and the other doesn't? Has to be an update the was set to certain boxes. Have them bring me a new box. I thought your TV ads say your proactive and your support is supposed to be good. 3 days of this is too long.

    Unfortunately, there is not an ETA available for this issue to be resolved. I can provide an update when one becomes available. You are welcome to exchange the cable box at a local store, free of charge, but there is no guarantee it will resolve the issue.
