Black Screen and Soft Rock Music on One Channel

In Los Angeles (90024), this affects channel 1246, Localish (KABC-DT2). The screen is black, with soft rock music playing instead of the audio corresponding to the actual programming on this channel. I first noticed this issue last night (9/13). I called in, they remotely rebooted my boxes, and that didn’t fix the problem. As a way of eliminating possible causes, I switched over to my antenna to watch Localish on channel 7-2, and the channel showed up normally. So this tells me that the issue is on Spectrum’s end, because if it were the channel itself, then I’d have the same problem viewing it with my antenna. Please escalate.
