Why does the Spectrum app buffer and pixelate?

I have tried about all the suggestions from this community and nothing seems to work. I can watch any other app and have no issues. My download/upload speeds are great (500/22). I am at the point where I may have to move on from Spectrum. Any last suggestions would be appreciated!!!

    Hi @Jeff71, welcome to our community!

    The Spectrum TV app can be more sensitive to signal fluctuations than other apps since it can't load live content in advance to use during times of buffering. Have you tested the app on the same device you ran that speed test on, and are you testing close to the router or with an ethernet cable to minimize wireless interference?
