I consistently have connectivity issues with ONLY the Turner Classic Movies channel. This has occurred on two different televisions over several years. What's the reason for this? Is there a solution?

Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to the TCM channel. I am sorry to learn about the picture qualify issues you have noticed with this channel. I am not sure what type of troubleshooting you have already completed. I recommend that you attempt to reset the TV equipment. This can be done by unplugging the box from the cable line and the power line for a solid 3-5 minutes. I also recommend that you check to make sure that all connections are tight between the box and TV. If these recommendations do not help please let us know. -Lyn
