How do I enable NAT Loopback?

I have a default Spectrum router (SAX1V1K) and I am trying to enable NAT Loopback for an ARK: Survival Evolved Server. Any posts on reddit (none on the Spectrum forums about this subject at all) all of them suggest buying a NON-Spectrum official router.
